Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. This page explains when an order can be cancelled and how to request a cancellation.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the item according to our return policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your cancellation request

Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

If an order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may initiate a return after the item is delivered, in accordance with our returns and refund policies.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may take 5–10 business daysdepending on your payment provider.
